The screen works great and was easy to install with some U-Tube help on how to open the titanium case. I have to agree with Marty, the service here is what stands out. As with Marty, Johnny had a little trouble sourcing the display, but he persevered and kept me informed as to the status. I am very happy with the part and with Cerini!

The part worked as expected. However, the real pluses are the customer service and the pricing. This part took it's own sweet time getting to Cerini, but John shipped it out as soon as he had it. I spoke to him during the wait and he was honest, patient and cared about me as a customer. Good job!

Purchased two super automatic coffee makers 10+ years ago. Saeco Incanto for me and Gaggia Titanium for my wife. The GT lost it's back lighting for the display years ago. Then gradually started loosing LCD segments making it hard to read. Decided it was time to do something about it and installed this replacement display. Price was right and it works great! Brought her machine back to as good as new condition!
