Return Policy

• 10% Restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery of your item.
• 10% restocking fee on all replacement parts.
• Espresso machines will only be accepted if they have not been used and must be returned with all parts and documents.
• Espresso machine parts, which are electronic may not be returned.

International Orders: 

• Cerini's is not responsible for shipping fees regarding international orders.
• Cerini's is not responsible for customs or duties charged by the receiving country. 
• Returns can be made with 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways. 

Refund Time-Frame:

• For orders that have not been shipped yet, a refund will be issued within 48 hrs. Normally the refund is immediate. 
• For returns. Once your order has been received at the warehouse, the refund will be applied within 24 hrs.
