It was total user error, but this was actually teh wrong part I ordered. When I called to inquire, the staff were so helpful. They had me send a photo via text of my problem and themn told me what part I needed. I will buy from Cerini from now on!

...to have in reserve! I own a couple of Francis Francis X5 and these gaskets are a lifesaver! I used to get them at Illy but they are out of stock. The price though, is a big difference from what I used to pay at Illy (.95 each), hence the 4 star rating. Still, the only place to sell them is Cerini.

It is what I needed to replace the FFX1 gasket that had deteriorated. Are the foam beads that you pack with compostable, recycleable...?

The listing description is wrong/incomplete. They then tell you you need a different item and refuse to refund the original. Even though their website and description clearly list the first purchase as being compatible. Buy elsewhere!
