I attempted to order this brew group 3 times via Saeco,->Phillips->Encompass and each time they sent the wrong part. Finally gave up on that route and found one for a bit more money from Cerini, but at last it was the correct part! Thrilled to have my machine finally back up and brewing. Pictured is the correct brew unit in gray, along with the incorrect brew unit in black with the label from encompass.

This company is the one I can always count on for replacement parts…shipping is fast, and everything I’ve ordered is exactly as described. Personally, I don’t buy from EBay or even Amazon as this company is where I go for anything to do with repairing or replacing parts for my expensive espresso machine.
Also, their customer service “ROCKS” which seems to be rare these days…
