The brew group had stopped working on my brother in law’s machine and I promised to get him a new one as a Christmas present. I initially ordered the wrong model and Cerini helped identify the correct unit and the exchange process was easy. I would recommend Gaggia for the quality coffee and espresso and I definitely recommend Cerini as an outstanding company.
