I'm a panettone fiend, and in my opinion so far, Filippi is the brand to beat for price to quality ratio. (Perbelini and Rustachella also are both top rate, but more expensive.) I continue to experiment with other options around this price range, but if the mini panettone is representative, Vergani is quite overpriced. Both Borsari and Fiasconaro are better than this. We also tried Vergani's chocolate version, and found it similarly dry and dull.
