well to start with the grind is way to fine and maybe it's my fault for not seeing that it is for a MOKA not a 15-bar pump espresso machine I have been using Splindid Classico(red package) since they do not import the green package that is sold in Italy and it works just fine in my machine so if you are like me and have a pump machine pass on the Hag!
