The Cremina SL combines the tranquility of a hand lever machine with the simplicity of a semi-automatic machine. If you have a soft spot for purely mechanical extraction and do not want to leave constant quality to chance, the Cremina SL is the right choice.
The completely redesigned brewing group paired with the solid base of the Cremina gives it a unique appearance. Never before a brew group with a compression spring has been used on such a compact machine.
With each extraction, you can experience how the lever moves constantly and slowly upwards, magically, while a perfect espresso flows into your cup below.
The front is made of high gloss polished steel. Frame and casing are lacquered with a highly resistant powder coating. The Cremina SL’s top can be used to preheat the espresso cups; the drip tray and the grate can be easily removed and cleaned.
This exceptional manufacturing quality can only be reached, because it remains the engineers’ and designers’ prime goal to build the perfect espresso machine.

I am still loving my Cremina SL. It pulls magnificent shots in a way that provides a wonderful connection between user and machine. It’s a therapeutic start to my day. And I still recommend Cerini. They could have been more helpful during the early problems with the machine group head. The best !

This is my 2nd Olympia Cremina. My first one was an over 30 years old machine purchased used when I first got into espresso making and I love it so much that I decided to buy a new one with the spring lever a few years later. I went through an adjustment period to go from a full manual to spring lever machine. Once I dialed in my espresso grind, I'm able to get good espresso consistently. Cerini service was great and product was shipped promptly once it became available. Very happy with the quality of my small but mighty machine.

Hands down, this is the best espresso machine I have ever owned! This is the purchase of a lifetime, no need to ever replace this with any other espresso machine from any other company. Cerini Coffee recommended this machine and they were right. This machine makes the absolute perfect cup of espresso. Once you figure out the proper dosage, single or double basket and type of bean, it's dialed in and every shot is consistent with the spring lever. Thank you Johnny and Cerini Coffee! A+++

I’ve had my Cremina SL for just a few days. After my first few, less than stellar, attempts I’ve hit upon the appropriate grind and technique and I’m very impressed with this machine. I expect it will just keep getting better. Probably more due to the quality of the equipment than the expertise of the operator! The purchase through Cerini went smoothly and any questions I had were cheerfully addressed. The machine arrived when promised and in perfect condition being very well packaged. I’m looking forward to many years of great espresso.

The SL machine is not good for profiling, but it makes consistent espresso shots ?
Cremina SL doesn't need profiling, because it will have the consistent pressure applied from the spring. Allowing the user to focus more on grind size and grind amount.
