Caffe Borbone - Blu - Espresso is a dark roast. Its bean are shiny. It's a Great Blend for my inexpensive espresso machine and grinder. It can be ground somewhat finer than the other coffees - medium roast - I’ve tried. While the its aroma is nothing to write home about and offers no sweet, nutty, chocolaty flavor traits. However Caffe Borbone - Blu is Strong Coffee. Somewhat bitter after taste, but not objectively so. It produces very good/tasty crema. Bold Robust Coffee Flavor, a little bitter easy to get dialed in.
