They are what they say they are. And I use a essse machine , so they compliment the machine.
The important thing is the wonderful store and the customer support and service that the entire cerini family endorses. Stores like this in new york, and perhaps the whole country are a dying breed.
I have given the cerini family probably somewhere between 50 and a hundred orders over the last decade or two. You cannot go wrong with anything they sell or do. And thats a fact.
