Note: before starting a descaling cycle make sure that:
a container of adequate size is available;
if the “Aqua Prima” or "intenza filter is used, make sure that it has been removed before descaling the machine.
Resetting the descale message on the odea. Make sure you hold the water or steam button until the descaling light goes off. This usually take 6 seconds. see below.
